The City of Lincoln City's tourism department, Explore Lincoln City is seeking a qualified contractor to provide additional marketing services for its 2023-2024 fiscal year. Additional funding has allowed for a chosen marketing agency to provide media outreach into areas of the Portland metro area and Willamette Valley.
