Ordinance 2026-01 for CPA/ZC 2026-01 Breyer –
Should the City Council approve Ordinance 2026-01 regarding the Comprehensive Plan amendment and zone change for the subject property? The request is to amend/zone change from Multiple-Unit Residential (RM) to Recreation Commercial (RC). The subject property is addressed as 1123 NW 2nd Drive. -Approved

RESOLUTIONS
Resolution 2026-05 Helping Hands Annual Waiver of Repayment Obligation –
Should the City Council approve the waiver of Helping Hands’ 2026 note installment payment of $13,333.33 pursuant to Council Resolution 2020-02 Authorizing and Directing Disposition of Real Property? - Approved

SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
Construction Award – SE Lee Ave. Reservoir to SE 20th Street Waterline –
Should the City Council award the construction contract for the SE Lee Ave. Reservoir to SE 20th Street Waterline to Knottworks Construction in the amount of $145,391 with a construction contingency of $14,539.10 for a total amount of $159,930.10? - Approved

NE 17th Street Water main Replacement – Additional Construction Contingency – Should the City Council increase the construction contingency for the NE 17th Street Water Main Replacement project of $42,102.36 to cover sewer lateral relocation? - Approved

ACTIONS BASED ON WORK SESSION, EXECUTIVE SESSION, OR PUBLIC COMMENT
A motion to have city attorney, Emily Farrell, and staff take the necessary action to execute Choice D as discussed in the May 6 Executive Session. - Approved
